Barbara Shute

Executive Assistant

Barbara is vital to the day-to-day operation of TDC and has been for over a decade. In her role as Executive Assistant, Barbara provides administrative support to the President and CEO as well as the Board of Directors. She is also instrumental in helping to plan and execute company events. 

Prior to joining the organization, Barbara served as the Emergency Services Coordinator at the North Country Chapter of the American Red Cross. Barbara holds an associate degree in Human Services from Clinton Community College and is also a graduate of the North Country Community College’s Licensed Practical Nursing Program. Barbara worked as an LPN for seven years before entering the administrative field. If Barbara isn’t helping to organize TDC staff, meetings, and files, she can be found volunteering at church and in the community, or spending time with her grandchildren.
