North Country Regional Economic Development Council (NCREDC) A public-private partnership of economic development organizations, local government, private businesses, academia, and non-governmental organizations working to grow the economy of New York’s seven-county North Country region. The role of the state’s regional councils is to develop strategic plans for investment in their regions, and to manage the CFA (Consolidated Funding Application) process which allows projects to apply to multiple funding streams with one application.

The County of Clinton IDA (CCIDA) CCIDA is a public benefit corporation that provides industrial revenue bond financing, sale-leaseback transactions to provide a variety of tax reduction and abatement opportunities for business.
