Jay is an indispensable part of the TDC team as he is responsible for the premier maintenance and care of our tenants' buildings. He manages, and oversees facility needs, planning within our parks, and capital improvements.
Jay is a life-long resident of the North Country, spending most of his time in Morrisonville. He has 20 plus years of industrial construction experience, primarily within the pharmaceutical, pulp and paper and power generation industries. Before coming to TDC, Jay held the role of Director of Facilities for 10 years at two local public school districts. Jay is a 2012 graduate of SUNY Canton with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in facilities operation. He also holds an Associate's in Air Conditioning Engineering Technology. Jay is currently certified as a NYSDOH Grade II Water Treatment Plant Operator and maintains his NYS Crane Operators Certificate of Competency for Hydraulic Cranes. He is the vice president of the Clinton County Fair Board and a past TDC Board member! When not at work, Jay enjoys spending his time at his family's farm in Churubusco and camping with his wife and two college-aged sons.
