As the Business and Workforce Development Specialist, Darianna leads marketing efforts and supports workforce development initiatives at TDC. She is passionate about using TDC’s digital presence to tell the stories behind the work happening throughout the community, from workforce initiatives to creative projects.

Previously, Darianna served as Assistant Director of Development at Oxbridge Academy in Florida and worked in marketing at Retro Fitness’ corporate headquarters. She brings more than a decade of experience in marketing and communications and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership through Arizona State University, where she serves on the Student Advisory Board representing online students. She is also a member of Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society. Outside of her work at TDC, Darianna is a published, award-winning poet.

She and her family are currently building a home in Clinton County, where they look forward to putting down roots in the North Country.
